    The location is perfect for easy access to shopping and getting around the city. The rooms are very spacious by NY standards and are kept clean daily. Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating and helpful. Some more so than others. The facilities met expectations, though the overall value for money could be better

    We had booked 3 nights through Agoda including breakfast facility but despite showing the booking confirmation the staff would not accept the breakfast inclusion and was extremely rude. We found all the staff extremely rude

    The hotel did not meet my expectations. The room looked old and outdated, with worn-out furniture and a tired overall feel — very different from what the photos suggested. On top of that, the listing said there was a swimming pool, which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel, but it was unavailable during my stay with no prior notice. It felt misleading and disappointing. I hope the hotel updates their information and considers room renovations to better reflect the Sheraton brand quality.
