    I was due to stay at the Footscray motor inn for 3 nights with my 2 children. The first night we were awoken at about 12:30am with loud banging and swearing including threats. This went on for about 3 hours. I ended up calling the police as my eldest and I were terrified. I would have left in the middle of the night if it weren’t for the fact it sounded like the person was right outside our door. The next morning I went to reception when it opened and checked out and told them what happened. I was told I would get a full refund for my stay as it was such a horrible experience. I also had footage showing some of what went on. I was asked to contact Agoda to raise a complaint so they could process my refund. The motor inn has now changed their mind and will only issue 2 days refund, going back on what they said. I would not recommend or stay here. This may have been a once off and bad luck but going back on what they said is such poor customer service

    Footscray motor in motel is actually a good motel, the price is fair, the rooms are clean, and the location is good. I’m very happy with it

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were very budget. Limited facilities. Quite a few things not working. Not a great spot for a family.
