    Has a regular shuttle that runs every 30 Minutes with helpful driver. Room was clean and has shower/ bathtub. No other frills save for coffee+green tea, sufficient for a 6hr layover at Newark

    The hotel is fine, good facilities, clean, but the parking area is a disaster We have to pay for parking spot (It's no included in Reservation) , but there was an event that evening and I couldn't find a spot to park my car..., I'm a guest!!!

    I am writing to formally complain about the very poor experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. On the second day of our stay, when we returned to the hotel at approximately 11:30 p.m., we discovered that the sink was completely clogged. Water had overflowed and spread throughout the room, including onto the carpet. As a result, some of our shoes and a bag became wet and were damaged. When I reported the problem to the hotel staff, instead of properly assisting us, we were asked to come down to the front desk to collect a key for another room. Having to deal with a room change late at night after returning from a long day was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. There were also several other issues during our stay: The coffee machine in the room was not working. We left our used towels out for replacement, but nothing was done. We were staying as a group of four people, but the coffee and other room supplies were provided for only two people. Even after requesting supplies for four people, the coffee machine still did not work. Overall, the room was not properly maintained or serviced. When I spoke with the manager about these issues, I was told that because we booked through Agoda, Agoda was considered a third party and the hotel could not provide any compensation. The only solution offered was complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, this was not an adequate resolution, especially considering the seriousness and number of problems we experienced. At that point, we were so disappointed that we were prepared to leave the hotel that same day. We chose Holiday Inn because we expected a certain standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below those expectations. A flooded room, wet personal belongings, a non-functioning coffee machine, missing supplies, and towels not being replaced are not acceptable for a hotel stay. I would therefore like Holiday Inn to review this matter seriously and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, disruption, and damage to our belongings. I also request that you investigate how this room was allowed to remain in this condition and why our concerns were not properly addressed.
