    Perfect location, not too far from wherever in Tokyo you want to go. Very reasonable price. Lots to see and eat immediately around the hotel.

    First we had a shock when entering the hotel due to the old and worn out looks. The elevator could use an upgrade. Although The room is not as polished, it is very spacious. It was the First room where we could open both of our suitcases. The fridge is one of those with frost freezer, old and quite noisy . The AC gave some bad smell, sign that it is due for some cleaning. If these get fixed and it would be perfect. The bathroom was recently renovated and this is greatly appreciated. Looks as good as any other hotel. One budget element is that there is no room cleaning service and you have to take out the trash yourself. For us it was no issue. The view is great, you can see tokyo Skytree. Location is quiet, and close enough to the metro lines: one way goes to JR trains and passes near a shopping mall, the other way is to go to shibuya metro lines and pass near a super-market., I can say we were satisfied with our stay here. Saved some money and still got good conditions
