The propert and rooms are really nice. I would stay again. The reason I gave it a lower rating were for the following reasons:
1. Often front desk staff was not to be found. Actually, I would see them in back office just talking. Front desk should always be up front. And that was the problem with number 2:
Breakfast, a large, multiple family members with lots of kids. They were running around, yelling, parents not addressing it. I look at front desk. Nobody. Like they were hiding from racket, noise. Wrong. Should have addressed the issue with parents

Inadequate lighting. Mirror only lights up on 1 side. Very dark

I had trouble getting onto the hotel's wi-fi with both my phone and my laptop, and the front desk was unable to resolve the issue themselves. They provided a number for an IT specialist who got me working in short order, though! I was very pleased!
Have to say breakfast was delicious and the bed was *wonderful*! I will definitely stay again!
