The hotel is very good value for the money. It is in a very good location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. But the WiFi on 4 floor was missing which is not good!

This is a very nice pet friendly hotel in the heart of Budapest. It was clean and tidy. There is an underground parking lot next to the Hotel with 800 HUF/hour or 8000 HUF/day. If you want a cheaper parking there is an open one next to Westend with 4000 HUF/day.

Good location and really friendly staff, which was a big plus. There were some nice touches like free drinks in the mini fridge, complimentary body washes although not disposable and a hair dryer in the room.
Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides. The breakfast was very overpriced and the quality was honestly pretty bad, fruit that was going bad and no milk left out for the cereal which just tasted cheap. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear everything the people next door were saying and what the people in the corridor were saying. The Wi-Fi was poor, and the room could have been cleaner, with scuffed walls and some areas clearly missed.
We were also a bit concerned about the luggage drop-off area, as it was just wide open with no real security, which made us uncomfortable leaving our bags there. Additionally, we had requested a larger bed but were given two single beds pushed together instead.
Overall, it’s okay if you’re just using the hotel as a place to sleep, but don’t expect much beyond that. This was not worth the price I paid.
