It really was a wonderful stay. The place is an excellent location. We had a fantastic room. The staff was really magnificent. Very professional very accommodated. Very informative about the activities and what to do. They have a very good breakfast. I think is an excellent place to stay everything is very close by. They are very good restaurants around very quiet place. Very nice. I truly highly recommend this place one thing is I will recommend to have some cups of coffee in the room because they have a coffee maker, but they don’t have the coffee cups but otherwise he was absolutely fantastic. Like I mentioned I think is ideal place to stay with an absolutely beautiful view toward the mountains.

Great location in Grindelwald for all activities. The location was clean, served a great breakfast and had a wonderful & attentive staff. The property views were spectacular!

Hotel sits in a perfect location right in the center of town, Minutes from gondolas, restaurants, and shops. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. With the hotel being right in center of town it does stay noisy outside throughout the day and late into the night. Our summer stay was warm and with no AC we had to leave windows open to allow circulation to cool the room so noise from Main Street and restaurants below went late into the night. A small window AC or fan would be a great addition to room to allow windows to close at night to reduce outside noise. Overall, perfect location, friendly staff, noisy downtown streets.
