    Here's a polished and more professional version of your review while keeping your honest feedback: I chose to stay here because I had previously stayed at the same hotel brand in the Philippines and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations. For me, comfort is the most important part of a luxury hotel experience, and that's where this property falls short. The air conditioning in the rooms simply does not work well. I switched rooms twice, yet both rooms were still uncomfortably warm. In fact, much of the hotel felt hot and stuffy, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. The food was another disappointment. At breakfast, many items were hard, dry, or sometimes even cold. The buffet presentation and service seemed poorly planned. Certain dishes were displayed in very small quantities and left sitting under heat lamps for extended periods. There appeared to be plenty of staff present, but issues were not being addressed or resolved. Initially, I thought it might have been an off day, but after several mornings it became clear that this was the standard experience. The facilities themselves are beautiful, and the property has a lot of potential. The design, appearance, and overall atmosphere are attractive. However, they seem to be missing the bigger picture. Luxury isn't just about how a hotel looks—it's about how comfortable and cared for guests feel during their stay. Unfortunately, that level of comfort was missing for me here.

    What an amazing hotel in Ningbo. We loved our stay there and were spoilt with an upgrade to a suite. The furnishings and layout are amazing. The facilities are top class , gym and pool are outstanding. It is situated in an amazing neighborhood with a couple of fantastic shopping malls near it. We highly recommend the Grill restaurant in the hotel, the food was superb.
