    There are serious issues with this hotel’s payment and refund process. Guests should carefully check whether resort fees and deposits are handled correctly after checkout. I stayed at this hotel for three nights late last year. Although I prepaid in full through Agoda, including the resort fee, the resort fee was charged again to my card on the first day of my stay. Agoda later confirmed that this was an incorrect charge and that the hotel stated it would be refunded after checkout. However, neither the resort fee nor the deposit was refunded for nearly a month. I only received the refund after repeatedly contacting Agoda and submitting my card transaction records for verification. During this entire process, JW Marriott provided no explanation for the delay and no apology. I contacted the hotel twice requesting clarification, but received no response. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I am very disappointed that customers must actively chase refunds that should be processed automatically. I request the hotel’s official apology and a clear explanation for the delayed refund. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to stay here again.

    Its high quality Hotel with good location, nice facility and kind staff. Except the safe box is broken and couldnt be fixed. It caused inconvenience. Hope they will fix it for next guest stay
