    Stayed one night with my young teen son for a tournament in Saratoga. Seriously, we were both impressed with our beds! We slept so well! Room was clean, safe were very friendly!

    The room is very spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. The location is great, very close to all amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

    On the positive side, the location of the hotel is quite convenient. Breakfast was a nice surprise, with both a buffet as well as prepared options. The staff for breakfast was outstanding, responsive and courteous. On the other side, the rooms are a bit dated. No central air con / heating. The room had a smell which was not fresh. The front desk staff was very underwhelming. At check in one of the room keys was not activated. A late 2pm checkout was requested on the day of check in and verified a 2nd time on the morning of check out. Yet somehow the keys were deactivated at noon. However, the point of frustration was the lack of acknowledgment of the mistake. The staff merely indicated, the person who granted the late checkout was at fault. The buck was clearly passed without any contrition. A very poor attitude.
