    I have stayed here a couple of times and appreciate the simple cleanliness of the rooms, the comfortable bath tubs, and, most of all, the proximity to a simple but beautiful running park. My routine while staying is to get up early and take advantage of the 24 hour coffee shop around the corner (Oasis). From there I can easily walk to work near victory monument. After work and after dark I can easily squeeze in a run in the park next to the hotel. Though the track is only 800 m, the run is enriched by the city skyline over dense greenery, the companionship of many others exercising, and the entertainment of the majestic monitor lizards lounging around the small ponds.

    Pros: -good location; infront of a big park where you can jog and spend time with family. Around 7-9min walk to BTS Victory Monument station; a lot of 7/11 for basic needs and in -good breakfast -friendly and helpful staff Cons: - hotel name is confusing; there are no pools although it’s named a resort hotel - a lot of mosquitos - some rooms are old; we got the royal suite but the mini suite room was better -rooms are very dim without the option to fully light up -heavy smoke smell; the hotel is a non-smoking hotel but there are smoking areas outside and the smoke smell gets inside the room. Room does not have enough ventilation to mitigate the smell. The cleaning staff also smokes a lot, hence, the smoke smell sticks with the supplies they carry, including the garbage bags which are really hard to eliminate. We had to move to a new room because of the very strong smoke smell
