    A lovely small boutique style hotel. The room was very large and had everything that I needed. Overall I was very impressed for what I paid the hotel provided great value. The location is perfect! You are pretty much on the doorstep of Terminal 21 Shopping mall and Asok BTS Station and Sukhumvit MRT Station. There are lots of massage places around and lots of food places to eat nearby. All of the staff were lovely and I was very impressed with the housekeeping as my room was always cleaned by the time I got back from lunch. Usually I have to request for my room to be cleaned at most if not all hotels. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside for some is that there is no swimming pool or gym but that didn’t bother me at all. For me location, location, location!

    I have stayed here four times. A great value Hotel in central Bangkok. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Great, friendly staff. Will definitely return.

    I booked at the regular *** but was assigned a room at the budget version under the same chain next door, called ***. The hotel claimed that they are both the same hotel, just that the room type is different. After contacting Agoda, there was nothing they could do except to cancel the booking or to rebook me at a cheaper hotel nearby. After more email conversations, Agoda claimed that they would cancel the hotel and make a complete refund but it is nothing more than lies. 4 more days passed without anything so much as a follow up from Agoda and no response. Agoda please stop with the false advertising. I have successfullt stayed at this hotel previously and it really is a great hotel. However this experience has left a very bad aftertaste. Perhaps if you really want to stay here at this hotel, try booking a more premium room to avoid any disappointment.
