I highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment, and this quaint village, with these kind hosts. I would’ve liked to have stayed a couple more nights. I slept incredibly well. The breakfast was delicious. The apartment has everything you would possibly need.

We were on bikes and it was the hottest day of our trip. We were delighted to find the swimming pool which was great. We also desperately needed air conditioning. Sadly, it would turn on and then immediately turn off. We kept playing with it but it never worked. But the time we realized that it was never going to work it was 11 pm and we never requested to change rooms. When we checked out they told us that is what we should have done but I cant believe that they didnt know the air was not working in that room. To make it worse, mosquitos were everywhere so we had to keep the window closed. And worse is that the mattresses were covered in plastic. We woke at 4 am soaked in sweat from the closed window and mattress. We HAD to open the window and yes, then got lots of bites. Make sure it works before you sleep. The restaurant in the garden setting was excellent - way better than the quality of the hotel. Service was amazing. If I were to stay there again I would verify that the air conditioning was functioning as it is necessary.

Food great, service really friendly and welcoming. Pool very welcome after long hot drive. Surrounding area not the prettiest but the grounds of hotel nice and unless you walked around the immediate area it doesnt impact on stay.
