Just about acceptable, but strange arrangement where reception didn't open until 5pm

Don't like blankets on bed - prefer duvet. Arrived at 4.50pm, but told to wait as reception didn't open until 5pm !!

Good value; locked cycle storage; large room in a quiet location

Location near Route National, about 2km north of central Pont Saint Esprit. Locked bicycle storage in underground garage. Very nice breakfast. Good value.

Check-in time was fixed... don't arrive early. Most restaurants are a 2km walk toward centre ville.

Very nice pool. A super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is good.

Overall the place is basically good but... The facilities are a bit run down and clearly in need of some renovation. The floor in our room was quite dirty under the beds, as if no one had cleaned for a while. The TV is extremely tiny, but not so important for us.

Friendly staff, but it seemed that the owner (I think she was the owner) did not take my remarks too seriously. The girl serving breakfast was very friendly and good at her job though!

The bathroom was mouldy. When I told the owner, she replied that it could not be mould... The water pressure was almost non existing. The owner told me that this was due to the cleaning and filling of the swimming pool. The swimming pool was closed by the time I arrived. I did arrive late 8.30 PM, and this is not a big complaint, but I could not find the opening hours online. Maybe I missed them. And, the side panel of the bath tub was loose. After my shower, it fell down without me touching it. Around 3AM it fell down again with a loud bang, and I was in bed so I definitely did not touch it. Since I am not a complainer and there were no more rooms left, I did not waste my time to let anyone know about this anymore since the owner told me before that: nothing was wrong with the room. Ok...

A friendly welcome. Good breakfast. Secure location for e-bikes in underground garage. Nice pool.

Disappointing to be told on arrival that there was no evening meal but since it was due to post-Covid staff shortages one must be understanding. This would be no problem for car drivers since local restaurants were a short drive away but being cyclists we didn’t fancy either the extra ride or the walk. However …. next door was a nice sandwich shop and the hotel were serving drinks so we got by!

Beautiful hotel, rooms and setting

The pool, setting, beautiful location, tasteful decoration all combine to give this hotel a memorable atmosphere. We only stayed one night but would love to revisit and explore the walking and cycling in the area. The restaurant was very good

The area is pretty quiet and off the beaten track (in a small village perched at the top of a big hill), which we loved, but might not suit everyone.

Welcoming owners. Clean and comfortable. Nice view on the garden from the room. Possibility to park our motorcycles in a secure garage for the night.

Surprised about the location in a commercial area at first, once there, indeed it is really quiet and relaxing. The restaurant and the rooms open onto a peaceful garden making us forget the surroundings.

The general property, restaurant and pool are nice and it is close to the supermarket and a few restaurants.

The rooms are very dated - but we were not looking for amazing as we were cycling.

Les 2 jeunes filles du ménage étaient gentilles et souriantes et la jeune fille de l accueil aussi

Mauvais souvenir de cet hôtel qui est surtout un hôtel de passage pour des travailleurs . acceuil lugubre et sombre fermé jusque que 17h .literie horrible matelas tres dur les oreillers était très vieux.pas de couette mais un drap et une couverture qui ne peu pas etre lavée a chaque passage de clients.
