Location is quite convenient to access a number of attractions.
Just bear in mind that you will need to enter through their restaurant and then up the stairs to get to the reception. There are no escalator, so for those with large suitcases may need to carry it up the steps.
Although the rooms I find it a bit small and lacking amenities like a mini fridge and kettle/coffee machine, it is tidy so props to the cleanliness.
The highlight for me was how friendly and courteous the receptionist and their restaurant staff were, so I am very impressed with customer service. In particular, I highly appreciated Eva's eagerness to answer my questions about anything within Czechia.

Viktoria is amazing! She welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed. Rooms are super comfy and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

The receptionist who checked us in was incredibly nice and informative! She told us about the most popular attractions in Plzen and surrounding areas. The superior room was great nice double bed and efficient room design and clean!
