    So far, okay. Breakfast pun sedap. Lokasi mmg strategik, bersebelahan dgn Imago. In terms of cleanliness pun okay. Cuma air panas dalam tandas kadang okay kadang air sejuk. Tempat parking provided.

    Reception is good, staff very kind and friendly. The room also good, clean and comfortable. Facilities in this hotel very well. Recommend for bring family holiday here.

    I am regular to this hotel. They can check my name on their guest list. What mostly makes me disappointed was, the room is not consistent. Sometimes, they provide the amenities just for 1 person as on pictures. I can call the room service to adding up the amenities but it should be they responsible to make sure all the needed things good enough before hand over the room. Some of the floor got the iron and iron board provided but some floor is upon request. When we request for it, we need to call the room service or receptionist more than 1 time until i get things i want. So that the prayer mat, some room they provide, and some are not. I dont know how the manager manage this hotel and not checking up the needed things enough in the room. So disappointed because i am the most regular guest (I repeat!) Regarding the room deposit, they are not consistent too. Sometimes they ask for it and sometimes not. Once, i didnt bring cash and they insist to asked for the deposit. But some other time, when I bring cash they are not asking for it. At the other times also, the receptionist asking for it again. I dont know what to say anymore. They also charge the parking for the guess around RM8. Before this, they are just asking for the car plate number only maybe for the vehicle registration but I was surprised when the guests also need to pay the parking charge. I am traveller. Mostly any hotels just giving the complimentary parking for the guests excluding the client those who come not to stay in only, maybe taking lunch or attend any events at the hotel. I due respected the terms and policy but it must be cleared consistently. The hospitality is not good. The receptionist and mostly workers is hard to smile to the guests. I dont know why. They dont have Malaysia Hospitality Standard. Sincerely from the regular.
