    We stayed at I Residence Hotel Sathorn for 11 nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from relaxing. Our room was on the 9th floor, directly opposite the hotel’s breakfast restaurant. Every morning, from around 7:00 a.m., the noise from staff preparing the restaurant was loud enough to wake us up. On top of that, the doors slammed very loudly, and we could constantly hear guests walking back and forth outside our room. After staying for 11 nights, I can confidently say that if you are looking for a quiet and restful stay, I would not recommend a room on the 9th floor. Getting a good night's sleep and enjoying a peaceful morning was difficult. The car park was another disappointment. It was messy and poorly organized, which made the overall experience even less pleasant. Overall, the noise was the biggest issue during our stay. The hotel should pay more attention to sound management, particularly near the breakfast restaurant, and improve the organization of its parking area. My advice to future guests: If you decide to stay here, request a room away from the breakfast restaurant and busy corridors. After 11 nights, peace and quiet are not too much to ask for.

    I booked a 17-day stay here specifically because the Agoda listing advertised a "full kitchen". Upon check-in, there was no kitchen at all. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, they deflected blame and claimed. "Agoda lied", even though hotels manage their own listing descriptions. Because I was traveling from overseas and staying long-term, I could not easily pack up and leave. The hotel's "fix" was moving me from a Superior to a deluxe room just for one room only and giving me two microwaves. Two microwaves do not equal a full kitchen. If you are a long-term traveler relying on a kitchen to cook meals, do not book this hotel. The amenities listed are completely misleading. Furthermore, I personally inspected their larger Two-Bedroom Suite for an upcoming group trip because it also claimed to have a "Full Kitchen". It does not. It is entirely a bait-and-switch. The hotel is knowingly misrepresenting its property to get bookings. Their Internet connection is not that good either. Travelers beware.
