Small 9 room, 1 floor hotel in a fantastic location. For Grand Canal View, choose room 8 or 9. We stayed in room 9 and while the facilities are dated, was a very pleasant stay and friendly staff. Only issue is that breakfast starts at 8am which is quite late fir a hotel, especially fir early checkout. Fantastic photo op at tge balcony overlooking the canal at the shared dining/lounge room.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff..very welcoming and even left us some Prosecco for our Honeymoon. Fantastic location.
One negative, walls were very thin and we were kept awake two nights by very amorous neighbours!!!🙈🤣

Very nicely done up. Loved the selection of breakfast wiich was very well done. Great views from the balcony itself. They have nice selection of teas all day and hot water/water. They genuinely cared about guests. Impressive.
