We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town.
The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet.
No air conditioning.
No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town.
The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around.

The view was AMAZING! Homemade breakfast was delicious and the family was friendly and welcoming! The rooms was clean and inviting. Would love to stay there again!
