The plus side is how central the placement of this facility is. The down side is that we got a room that was giving directly into the building main stairs, we could hear people coming and going at all times of the night. As you can expect in such building the heavy doors opening and closing are very loud and there are many people going around sometimes very late or very early. We did not get a full night sleep without interruption.

Better than a hostel, but nowhere near as good as an AirBnB. Incredibly basic. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and as a result, the room was steamy after a shower. On a positive note, check-in was easy and the people attentive.

The room itself was well kept and tidy with a comfy bed and easily accommodated my wife, son and I. It was the perfect place for our 2 night stay.

We were communcated with well in the 24 hours up to arriving and met at the property and guided to our room. The bathroom was fine, beds were clean and comfy, free water and coffee outside of the room was useful. The room was also very quiet with no road noise or noise from other rooms. The air conditioning worked fine (and was welcome as it was 40 degrees outside!). The best thing about the place was the location - about 4 doors down from the cathedral and central square. The only downside for us was the breakfast is at another location. We knew this when booking so it wasnt a shock, but is a slight inconvenience. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location of course, steps from Duomo. Good price (comparatively, not objectively). That’s about it. Team is nice and helpful. Room wasn’t so comfortable, but not exactly sure why. It was just thrown together, and floors were cold. Bathroom was old and didn’t fit the rest of the building and room. Entrance janky with tiny elevator (if you need it, only 1 story up). I’d still recommend it if price and location are your main factors, as they were for us.

Awesome location, we could walk to pretty much all tourist spots including 10 min to Firenze train station. City tax is collected in cash, so carry some euros. Included breakfast was in another building, which was 10 min away, but was not mentioned in the booking. But, people are very kind and will accommodate and help as much they can. They can communicate over whatsapp, so you don't need phone number and just data with esim is fine. Vodaphone esim worked great for us. 2GB was enough for 7 days.

The incorrect address was listed on Expedia website and we drug our luggage through Florence for almost a mile to get to the correct address. Shower had no water pressure in the morning so we could not shower. The lady that helped with our check in was super friendly and helpful but that was the highlight of this stay.

Nice hotel. The location is great and close to everything. The only issue, or something that it was not mentioned on the platform that I made the reservation, is that the breakfast is on another place (within walking distance). The staff is nice and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Terrible room, you hear everything all around (elevator, gates, neighbours, outside etc.) Service is really bad, WhatsApp and service. we had breakfast included, needed to walk 10 min outside to go to the breakfast point and it was the worst breakfast we ever had in Italy, so not recommend if you have a child. We asked for a refund of the 2 other upcoming breakfast and they said they cant do nothing about it. Basically breakfast is a scam. Location of the unit was good if this is what you only want
