The village staff was very helpful and the animation staff nice and polite. The village had two little inner markets (one selling delicius local vegetables and fruit products) and a good restaurant. Vieste is a good starting place for the exploration of the inner part of Gargano (Foresta Umbra wood, and the old interesting village of Monte Sant'Angelo) the coast towards Mattinata and to have a sea trip to the Tremiti Islands: We really had a very pleasant stay.
