We were placed in Room #2 on the ground floor next to some sort of motor/ generator which made an extremely loud noise all night. The bathroom window could not close properly because there there was a space in it causing the room to be extremely cold. We were given tiny space heater which made no difference. There was a Safe in the room however it was inoperable.

Air-conditioning wasn't maintained well as a result of this the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and did not get fixed at all.

The walls were a little thin so you could hear other people at night going to their rooms but other than that, it was really nice and Convenient. And for the price you can’t beat it. I didn’t rent a hotel to have a good time. I rented it to sleep and that’s what I did. I would explore France all day and come to my hotel room and sleep like a baby.

Our stay here was great. For couples looking for a budget friendly hotel near the Eiffel tower and metro station, this one is really good. There are restaurants, convenience store and laundromat just around the hotel. There are no elevators, but the staff who greeted us when we checked-in was kind enough to let us choose whether we want to have a room on the 1st floor ir higher floors. We chose to stay on the ground floor since we have a heavy luggage, though I think the rooms upstairs will have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended!

Rooms were good and newly renovated but reception, breakfast area and stairs was poor. No elevator and poor breakfast (not included) but a good cafe outside so ate there instead. Staff was friendly and helpfull and location good, 200 m to metro and three stops to exhibition.

Dirty, disgusting, not sure how it's able to be in operation. DO NOT STAY HERE. Pics are not representative, maybe from many years ago. Probably original carpet throughout hotel, with just about every stain possible. We got BED BUG bites! Would not go back if they paid us.

This property should be condemned. It is unsafe, unclean and cannot possibly be carergorised as an hotel. We have today sought medical advice for serious bites which have been confirmed as bed bugs. We needed emergency accomodation on Monday and are horrified this is all that was avsilable. We demand a full refund and compensation. We would also request from you an explanation as to the criteria you use when selecting hotels for Expedia. We have taken many photos of the disgusting conditions, the photos used to promote this hotel are extremely misleading. We will also contact environmental health, this hotel MUST be closed down. We are amazed that now having had the opportunity to look at the reviews as to why you continue to promote this hotel when reviews as fare back as 2017 are similar to ours. This is a disgrace. Please respond without delay.

A small hotel at a good location, in the 15th arrondisement. Extremely worn down, all surfaces need refurbishing. All sockets and water taps were loose. Still, it was clean enough, it felt safe (enough), and the staff was nice. Close to the metro. Noisy rooms facing the street. Simple but decent breakfast. We started off in room 1 at the ground floor, which was very dark and infested by ants. Try to avoid that. Rooms 36/37 at the top floor were much better. I guess you get what you pay for, hotels in Paris are expensive.

Staff of the hotel don’t care about the customer. One example: the breakfast is from 7.45am to 9.00am, so went down to take ours breakfast and I noted than was no more croissant in their place and I hold the receptionist: excuse me is no more croissant y she answer me is gone and she turn away from me. We have no choice than go outside of the hotel for breakfast.

Staff was kind. Location was convenient. They let us check in late which was nice. Run down building. Shower head was broken and shower door was missing. Overall for a place to sleep it was fine.

Awful. Was staying with another female and we kept getting creepy notes sent to our hotel door that were most likely from the man at the front desk. If you are looking to stay in Paris and this is all you can afford, then wait another year and save up because this place made me feel completely unsafe and expect a refund from Expedia.

My boyfriend and I literally walked into the room that was given to us and we were in there for about 5 minutes until we decided we could not stay there and we booked a different room at a Holiday Inn a few miles away. Please save yourself the trouble and do not book this hotel. When we were leaving, I told the man behind the front desk how unacceptable their hotel room is and the first words out of his mouth was “yeah, I know” I am still expecting my refund from expedia from this! I wish I had taken pictures of what the room really looked like because the pictures they have online are grossly misleading. Please do not stay here

1st thing greeting us was a discarded pair of mens undies in front of the entrance; rooms & morning eating area had not had a good cleaning in quite some time; room on ground floor for the physically challenged had 0 air circulation - windows could not be opened for lack of screens + opened up to smoking patio on ground level so easy access into the room if they were to be opened; had to wear shoes while in room due to dirty carpet & floors; we had planned on leaving room in the a.m., visiting the Eiffel Tower & returning by noon to check out. We felt the room was so unsecured, we (2pp in their 60s) drug our luggage around Paris until heading to the airport @ 5pm. We, however had a very friendly & accommodating man at the front desk upon our arrl on 6/1/18. He did his best to field complaints & did so w/ a smile. Actually felt sorry for him having to work at this dump. A very nice Chinese restaurant 1/2 a block down the street. Excellent food & service.

Except the location, nothing was good. This shouldnt be categorized within a hotel. No wifi connection worked in a room.

The hotel room was clean. But that was it. Bathroom was old and there door was not to be closed. You were able to hear literally everything from the rooms next to you. The breakfast was ok, except coffee (half of the breakfast). The coffee machine was ancient. If you visit for business and spend less than a few hours in the hotel consider a hostel for that price!
