    It was wonderful staying here! The staff were friendly, happy, and helpful. The room was clean and cooled down before arriving, and the location was great for other restaurants.

    The rooms are quite right for the 4 of us and the location is near the theme parks. What I really like is the self service laundry. The place is generally clean. If you visit Orlando and don’t have a car, it’s a bit of a struggle because the nearest restaurant and convenience store is like 15 to 20 minutes walk. Also during our check-in, I’m not sure if the one at the front desk is new or not but she wasn’t quite familiar with the process. Initially she said we don’t have breakfast included which I insisted that’s what I booked. She had to call someone to verify and point that I am indeed correct.

    No water bottles were provided, had to purchase it from market. No daily house keeping, it was on alternate days. I had to go out to throw the trash. (Change dustbin bag myself) If you need something they will ask you to come and collect it from reception rather than sending it to your room. If you need anything at night so there is no one who can provide you with the basics. (Towel, tea bag, sugar, spoon etc.)
