Disappointed – Late Night Construction Ruined Our Stay
We stayed for one night, hoping for a peaceful getaway from the city.
Everything was good until the night. We had a nice spa and the property was great.
Unfortunately, our experience was anything but relaxing that night.
I was abruptly woken up at 12:30 AM by loud construction noises that sounded like welding or drilling—so intense it felt like it was happening right beside my ear. I was shocked that the hotel management would allow such disruptive work to take place in the middle of the night.
Despite trying to ignore it and fall back asleep, the noise continued. I had to call the front desk twice before they finally took action. The noise only stopped around 1:10 AM—well past the time anyone should have to deal with such a disturbance in a hotel.
This completely ruined the peace and rest I came here for. A truly disappointing experience from a place that should prioritize guest comfort and tranquility.
