We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids however the hotel said kids stay free which is great but when we reached the place, the room did not have any sleeper couch or sofa to cater for the kids to sleep on. It just had a double bed which was absolutely rock hard as if we were sleeping on a stone. The pillows were as flat as the bed linen and definitely need to be replaced. The unit had a stuffy smell, around the bath sink and tub area there was a leak so water was standing around that area. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the unit, we were replaced with 2 towels on the second day yet we were a family of 4. The shower knob was broken which made it difficult to get the shower working. The pool was dirty and we could not use it, the braai area had no lights so it was dark,the jungle gym was standard and needs upgrading. The hotel offers a limited selection of lunch and dinner meals at high prices and does not cater for kids,they need to consider offering self catering facilities as their services were extremely limited. Very disappointed

I am a 6 foot male, not fat at all and i could not sit on the toilet in the room. It was a very small space between the wall and the shower.
