    Overall, I had a pleasant stay with a mix of highlights and areas that could be improved. The staff throughout the resort were consistently accommodating and friendly, and housekeeping did an excellent job by servicing the room twice daily. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, although the current dark brown color palette of the beds, flooring, and interiors feels somewhat gloomy. Hopefully this will improve with the scheduled renovation. The beach area is absolutely flawless and one of the best aspects of the resort, though I personally would have preferred less boat activity nearby for a more tranquil atmosphere. I also appreciated the resort’s “Barkcomber” initiative supporting stray dogs. Honestly, they became one of the highlights of the trip. Breakfast was decent overall, but I was disappointed that fresh juice was not served, especially for a 5-star property. Only packaged juice was available unless fresh orange juice was specifically requested, which the staff occasionally accommodated. Similarly, the coffee across the resort comes from Nespresso machines rather than freshly handcrafted coffee, which slightly reduces the luxury feel. Service in the restaurants also needs improvement. While the staff were polite, the waiters were often slow and not very attentive, which affected the overall dining experience. One thing future guests should be aware of is the transportation pricing. The taxi service partnered with the hotel is extremely expensive compared to local taxi apps. Unfortunately, my experience with Mautourco, the tourism desk located within the hotel, was negative. I felt pressured to proceed with a boating excursion despite weather conditions not being ideal or suitable for the trip. Despite a few disappointments, the beautiful beach, caring staff, spacious rooms, and the resort’s animal welfare initiative made the stay memorable overall.

    Client service was not amazing. The open buffet and breakfast food was also just average, with a limited range of variety. The hotel premises were nice but we encountered a few rats on the beach.
