Where do I start? From check-in to check-out this resort did not disappoint! Front desk staff and pool bar staff deserve a raise!!!! My wife and I were upgraded rooms for our 4 night stay…. and WOW! everything was perfect. Clean, spacious and luxurious. Staff were astonishing - Very accommodating whether it was booking a tour/motor bike to service at meals or pool sides drinks! This resort is central with lots of options on Chaweng Beach for night life. Beach is clean, swallow and swim-able . After walking the beach I would not book anything North of this resort if you like swimming in the Ocean ! There were lots of pool/ beach chairs - No need to reserve. We will definitely be back, loved our vacation!!!

The hotel really needs an elevator or two.
Also, the top floor walkway is cutoff halfway to the farthest rooms - the gap should be eliminated.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good, perhaps a little refresh is needed, but generally they were in very good condition.

The hotel was beautiful! The room was spacious. The staff was amazing! The beach wasn’t what I was hoping for. It was calm but I like waves and clear water on sandy beach which was accessible in 5 minutes. It was great for the price!
