Four things could make it better.
1.I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get into it - way too high and I'm not a short person.
2. Have sheets in the sofa bed. I had to sleep with no covers or anything the first night.
3. Provide more than one wastebasket.
4. Remote instructions. It took us quite awhile to figure it out and then we had to try to figure out what we did again.

Friendliness everywhere. Affordable Corp Suites will be our first choice the next time we visit Blacksburg, VA / Roanoke area.
I wish their business model was nation-wide.
We went to the wrong location and they politely notified our location we were coming to check-in.
A new desk clerk was in-training and the manager and trainee smiled and interacted with much friendliness.
Upon check out, housekeeping was very friendly.
