    I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location—just a short distance from the Istanbul Expo Center—and for that reason, I give 5 stars for location alone. However, issues began on the very first day of my stay. It was impossible to take a proper shower, as the water temperature fluctuated between extremely hot and extremely cold, with no way to adjust it to a comfortable level. My colleague, who was staying on the same floor, experienced the exact same problem. I raised the issue with the front desk on the first day, again on the second day, and by the third day, I requested to cancel the remaining nights and be refunded. The receptionist instead suggested I change rooms, but unfortunately, the new room had the same water issue. What further frustrated me was being told by the receptionist that no refund could be provided because my booking was made through a third party. I then contacted Agoda directly and explained the situation. Agoda clarified that this was not true, and that I was entitled to a refund for the unused nights. Thankfully, the refund was eventually processed. I selected this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Istanbul Expo Center—just a short walk away—and for that, I give 5 stars for the location alone. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I do not recommend this hotel. While the location near the Expo Center is convenient, you're far better off staying at a more reliable hotel near a metro station and commuting by train. The condition of the facilities, lack of basic amenities, and poor service make this hotel unworthy of your stay.
