    A estadia foi muito agradável e fomos calorosamente recebidos pela equipa do hotel. A localização, junto à praia, é excelente, e a zona da piscina – incluindo a infantil – é muito bem cuidada, com muitas sombras e espreguiçadeiras sempre disponíveis. A limpeza dos espaços é de boa qualidade, assim como a comida, embora os menus apresentem alguma repetição. O staff é simpático, embora por vezes o atendimento seja algo demorado, em parte devido ao sistema de registo no regime de tudo incluído, que poderia ser mais eficiente (é necessário o staff passar o cartão na caixa registadora em cada pedido e não é um processo rápido). A equipa de animação é excelente, com grande capacidade de interação com adultos e crianças, oferecendo atividades interessantes durante o dia e à noite. O principal ponto menos positivo a nível de infraestruturas foi o elevador, que se revelou insuficiente nas horas de maior movimento, como check-in e check-out. No geral, a experiência no hotel foi bastante positiva. Contudo, a experiência com a plataforma AGODA foi muito negativa: ao tentarmos alterar a reserva para incluir uma criança de 2 anos, enfrentámos várias dificuldades. Apesar da simpatia dos operadores, o problema arrastou-se por semanas sem resolução, tendo sido necessário contactar diretamente o hotel, que resolveu a situação e a quem deixamos um agradecimento especial. A AGODA não apresentou alternativas viáveis e o processo quase passou da data de cancelamento gratuito.
