Only had 2 small pillows on the bed this time.Definitely needed more pillows. They started something that you have to give them your license plate number, then put something in your car, so you're walking back-and-forth to your car during check-in. A little bit of an inconvenience.

My stay at this motel was very unpleasant. The building reeked of marijuana, and the supervisor displayed clear prejudice and unprofessional behavior. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and instead of calmly resolving it, she made false assumptions about me and my ability to pay. When I politely asked for her name and business card to document the issue, she became combative and accused me of having an attitude toward her, which was untrue. I remained respectful and only wanted clarification. Despite the tension, she eventually allowed me to gather my belongings, and another staff member kindly helped me down. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and discriminated against. No guest—especially one with a child—should be treated this way.

The girl at front desk had the worst attitude on the phone when I called and when I was checking in she looked exhausted she needed rest maybe she would be a lil bit of nicer person bedroom smelled so bad dirty and the cops were there total of 4x while we were there for only one day but never will I stay there ty

this place was horrible. the workers are never at the front desk to help. they they are very unfriendly and unaccommodating. wouldn't let me use the luggage cart to take down all my belongings so I was 2 minutes past checkout time and they charged me my deposit fee.

When I arrived it was almost the man Luis at the counter said room was not ready then I had to put a deposit of $50. He said it should be refunded in 7 days if it wasn’t for me to call because the might have to manually enter my card information. This makes no sense I will never stay here again

My room was a mess, floor dirty, the bathroom was leaking for both nights, the extractor fan in the same bathroom did not work, and the AC did not work properly, when we got there second night weird guy was outside like checking all the cars and first night lot of people were outside the hotel throwing a party, service inside they were nice and attentive they actually gave us really good service.

There is now a deposit fee the sign said $150 the staff member said $50 I had no idea and only had my virtual card they don’t have tap and pay and my room was non refundable long story Short he waived the fee . I alerted the staff that the website did not have any deposit info I read their policy . Idk

The floors were very dirty in both rooms. As soon as my kids showered their feet were black again from the dirty floors. The beds were very hard. The whole place just smelled like cigarettes even though we have non smoking rooms. The laundry and the pool worked well. Everything in the room was not great
