Front desk girls were so sweet, made check in so fast and easy! They called after I made it to my room to ask if it was at my satisfaction!! Loved that - I will be staying there again

Terrible customer service! They took my deposit for having "guests", which was not true. I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!

The room smelled like smoke even though it said smoke free on it and there was a big stain on the chair that was in the room and my girlfriend that was with me said it had dirt that look like dry blood on light switch in bathroom

Cable sucked Remote wasn't working so didn't watch tb for 4days . But I never notified them bout problem

The front desk Agent Elliana is amazingly kind and thoughtful. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. I think house cleaning needs to make sure they change and clean not only the sheets and pillow cases, but also the top sheet of the bed, which I noticed had a stain that was there and never changed over three nights. Fix this... and I'd rate this place highly for the money.

The property was not clean when we got there we took recordings of the property and I had to record management talking to me inappropriately she overcharged me $100 and promised me when I checked out it would be put immediately back on my card so when I called to find out why it wasn't put back on my card they said to me then that they were keeping my deposit because there was a footprint of dirt from the dog on the sheet and they were keeping my deposits for both rooms for a sheet that cost less than $10 and if you put it in the washer the paw print would have went away right away it's just an excuse so they could Rob people from their money that's it

SureStay is located well for everything I needed to access. I appreciated the hot breakfast options, though a little variety would be nice for people staying several days. The price is competitive. The door to my room 222 needs replacing as it wasn’t plumb with the floor, and gale-force winds made sleep impossible at times. The heater also was difficult to regulate to a preferred temperature

While the room was technically clean, the area and the run down feeling of the room made you feel dirty. Chair in room was stained with "something, didnt even want to put my coat on the chair. Neighbors were extremely loud. Room didnt smell fresh, but rather muggy. Will not be staying here again. Even for the price, wasnt worth the money.
