If what you are looking for is an absolute break from anything and everything stressed and hurried Colina Verde is the place for you. Sufficiently separated from cities to be free from contemporary clutter yet close enough to Faro airport (Half an hour by car) and Olhao (15 to 20 mins) to provide convenience yet peace and quiet. Photographs on line are faithful to experience.All rooms are well air conditioned. Kitchens provide pretty much all one might need. The pool is a dream and the staff are an absolute delight. I imagine the Portuguese might like an attempt made at their language but that said ALL reception staff, speak excellent English and take customer care to unparalled levels.
You won't find English speaking T.V. channels BUT why would one want to be suck inside a room when the grounds,pool and environment are simply so marvellous?
