WoodSpring Suites Albuquerque East I-40 Tramway

The staff there is lovely. I think this is one of the best places I’ve stayed out from home. The cleanliness is on point, the staff is super welcoming, friendly and generally just amazing people. I think I’ve told each one I’ve encountered how great their customer service is. The place is great when it comes to safety. Fully fenced and you can’t access the interior unless you are staying there via your room card. There is no noise, and even with being next to the I-40 you won’t even know it if you don’t go out the building and see. The rooms are great whether you are there for business or pleasure. It entails of a chair and table that can be used as a desk, it also has a full studio kitchen with cupboards and also enough room to put your clothing and all other personal belongings. I was happy to find a laundry basket as-well as hangers for my use. There is a laundry room which is well kept. This place is great.

The rooms and facilities in general are clean and well organized. The staff who assisted me were very professional, extremely courteous, and kind. The check-in and check-out process was quick and simple. The person at the front desk explained everything in detail, and the whole process was very fast. You receive a parking ticket for your car so you can park it. The hotel is located near an area where there are many homeless people. Some nearby residents mentioned that there are occasionally issues related to them, but there is a patrol car that passes by constantly at night, so you can still feel safe.

Room was good and seemed cleanly. The thing that was strange was we were standing by our truck and trailer which had 2 parking passes visible on the outside. A man approached us weirdly and started asking us questions about if it was our vehicle and room numbers. We gave it to him and said we literally just checked in about an hour ago and he said he was going to check to make sure everything looked fine otherwise he was going to make us leave. We waited and also went to the lobby to check a make sure everything was good and no one was there or came back to confirm everything was okay. Very weird.
