Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the hills, golf course and bay (from a distance). It was quiet and well equipped. There is no air conditioning however and had only one fan - more fans would have made hot nights more comfortable.

Great accommodation in excellent location between Portoferraio and Porto Azzuro with nice views of the sea and mountains. We have stayed here a few times now but did note that it is not quite as well equipped as before with lack of tea towel, oven cloth but otherwise excellent
