I am a returning guest to this hotel. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. It is convenient to access shops and a supermarket. You can reach to a bakery, a food court and more formal restaurants without walking on the street. The staff is super friendly. Especially, I would like to mention Eve, a front desk staff. After knowing that I could not order a gift item from Taobao due to lack of domestic payment methods, she gladly helped to order it for me. In the end, the gift item was timely arrived for me. I come to Shanghai at least once per year, and I always stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Daning. The property is excellent, with a wide selection of well-maintained rooms and suites. The staff is wonderful, oftentimes anticipating my needs well in advance. The facilities and amenities are top-notch and the value is terrific. I definitely look forward to my next visit.
