    The staff wasn't very friendly and accommodating. Outdated room broken plugs. A lot of fried food on the buffet.

    I had a wonderful overall stay at your hotel. Special thanks to the animation team, who made sure every guest had a great experience. Great volleyball match.😍 I also really enjoyed swimming in the pool under the sun, simply being outdoors and enjoying the simple things with no stress on my mind. I loved the food as well. There was a great variety, and in my opinion, the quality was very good. I also took home a bracelet with my Arabic name on it, and I bought similar ones as gifts for my family too. I’m already planning to come back next year together with my mom and dad. Thank you for giving me such beautiful memories to take back home with me. Greetings to all the staff, and see you soon!     My reservation was sea view, they give me no view room. Booking a 3 meal means that you have to pay for any drink even the water. Staff are bad and they didn't serve without tips, so you have to tip all the time. Food is not clean and you have to struggle to get a plate. Forks and spoons are not washed properly and it is easy to get sickness accordingly.

    They need more staff especially in retaurant / more cuttlery Staff in restaurants needs to wear gloves. The food is good and delicious ✨but there is a big line for the food i came on a busy day The pool is big enough Room is ok but old Staff in reception are polite and professional. If you have elderly consider not taking quadruple room because it is little far for them.
