Maistra Select Funtana All Inclusive Resort

The views and beach are very lovely, the room and facilities were clean.. however the food is very basic and repetitive, it is pot luck whether the staff will be friendly to you or not - we encountered a very rude waiter at the bar by the games room, who was very argumentative when there was no clear signage to say you could not eat there, but he was insisting we went out into the storm with our food, despite myself being pregnant and explaining about the floor being slippery so I did not want to go out into and in the we just ignored him and had to wait the rain out before moving. The all inclusive drinks are not worth the money as often the flavoured sodas would have run out. The included mini golf is not well kept and lacks variety. There was one lovely female chef in the main restaurant who always greeted us with a smile though! Surrounding facilities around the hotel are also lacking so you need a car to be able to explore anywhere else. Definitely suits a 3* rating.
