    The entrance is very confusing , there is no clear indication on how to get to the reception from anywhere outside There is a small entrance hall with a sign to the elevator which leads to the reception but it's very small and easily missanle Some staff speaks good English , some aren't The rooms are big , the beds are very comfortable and the view is amazing Breakfast buffet is ok

    I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't think negative reviews help anybody, but Agoda specifically asked me to. I like Agoda and I book most of the 30-40 hotels every year through them. I have "special" hotels" all over the world and Bayside Azur used to be one of them. The rooms are very tight, there is no bedside table and I put a tray on an upside-down rubbish bin next to the bed. But that was okay, because Takeshiba is a wonderful area to stay. This year I got a room that was definitely "smoker", which I never use and there was another unidentifyable bad smell too. I booked way ahead of time, because the hotel is often full. So, no excuse for inferior room. No chance of changing rooms. I used to to stay at Bayside Azur every year, sometimes twice, I know Tokyo pretty well after 17 years of coming here and I know other hotels in good areas.
