Good: The hotel’s location was fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to the main centre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel very welcoming.
Bad: While there were plenty of sunbeds in the garden area, the ones around the pool were very limited and tightly packed, meaning guests were lined up closely together with little space. Additionally, we were only given one pool towel each on arrival, and swapping for a fresh towel cost €1 per towel. For two people staying a week, that’s an extra €12, which felt unreasonable considering the overall cost of the accommodation. I’ve never had to pay for pool towels before, so this was disappointing.
