    Hotel has everything we need for great holiday. Stayed in room what needed some small adjustment but it was not a big deal. Hotel staff is exceptionally helpful.

    We had great time staying here. Pros: 1. prime location- many top notch restaurants nearby and beach is at 10 mins walking distance. 2. parking spaces available 3. air conditioning is good, auto adjust mode is available Cons: 1. room is small according to price 2. no complimentary water bottle is provided. 3. toiletries are not available

    Me and my wife stayed at this property for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay here. The property location and amenities are excellent. However there was one experience which made our stay unpleasant. While we were away from our room, the housekeeping person enters our room. One important aspect of this is that we never mentioned/prioritised to the hotel manager/staff to clean our room. Upon returning in the evening from the beach, we realised housekeeping entered our room without explicit consent from us. So I tried to speak with the reception staff on this issue and he said he cannot help me as the property manager is away and will return to work next morning. So the next morning, I tried to speak with the property manager on my concerns. She listened to me patiently, and told me they do it with all the customers as they are 3 star resort, and have to maintain the standards, and be compliant. This was a surprise for me as I could not imagine how the hotel employees can take the privacy of their guests so lightly in the EU? I am still troubled by this, but the lesson learnt is to place DND sign while you are away from the room.
