Staff is nice, very welcoming and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious
Hotel is located outside the city center a car is needed to move around.
But on the other side is very convenient since is close to highway access.

A wonderful little hotel between Parma and Reggio Emilia. A lot of character, very nice rooms, and wonderful staff. Morena, in particular, was very helpful answering all of our questions and being patient with my mediocre Italian. Will definitely stay at Hotel Tricolore again when in the area.
