The staff were exceptional! I really liked the location, it was clean and more spacious from what I saw in the photos. The food was ok. Its a great location, everything was near by and such a beautiful scenery!

Our stay was lovely. The staff was warm and welcoming (and bilingual). The breakfast was wonderful, our room was small but well outfitted and we loved the extras like the rooftop patio that we enjoyed several times. Small inconvenience that the air conditioner didn’t work but we were offered a fan which did the trick. Super convenient location near Cartier district with all its shops and right across from the Plains for exercise and exploring. Will stay again.

Amazing location, fantastic service, gorgeous property. I would highly recommend this hotel. The bones of the hotel are old, but the rooms have all of the conveniences I hoped for (AC, television, blackout shades, etc.) and the artwork throughout the rooms and spaces are delightful. Also the rooftop terrace offers a gorgeous view of the sunset! Right across the street is a pickup/dropoff stop for the Hop On, Hop Off tour. And right outside the front door is a little free library. And the best of all were the pleasant, helpful, professional hotel staff - they were all very courteous and kind!
