Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous.
A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat.
These appear to be all fixable items. Just need attention.

Overall everything was good and it’s walking distance to the village which is nice. Their breakfast wasn’t that great but over it was nice.
