    I stayed here over NYE week with my kids. It’s one of the ONLY hotels that does their own fireworks, right on the property! The fireworks were BIG and beautiful! No need to drive anywhere or search desperately for parking in a crowded area! They had a DJ outside, laser show and many inflatable toys and games for the kids! The location is away from all the Disney chaos but still close enough with a short 20min drive! Valet parking is $50/night and self parking is also available for $30 something/night. Make sure you tell the hotel you are using the self parking lot as they might now ask and you will be charged that $30 every time you leave! I wish someone at the hotel would have told us that you can get a gate key which would allow us to go in and out and only pay the nightly fee ONCE, but no one did until we were checking out and the desk noticed we didn’t “pay” for parking. That’s when I told them I did, every time I got an entry ticket and then left the lot. The room was nice and big but there was staining around the toilet ring at the bottom. It came with 3 towels instead of 4 for a 2 queen room. My request for one towel came in the morning and by 9pm there still wasn’t a towel brought thought someone had come to the room and left cookies for my kids (which was nice). I called again and this time, 2 different people came and brought 4 extra towels! All the staff we encountered were really nice and friendly. The property grounds are gorgeous! The pools are warm as they are heated! This was a pleasant surprise! Towels were provided there! Free mini golf was really nice! There is also an arcade and 2 fire pits to enjoy in the evenings! Food is expensive just like at every luxury hotel so we mostly ate out or picked up food as we went about our day. Overall, we loved our stay at this resort hotel and would love to visit here again!

    I couldn’t have had a better time. The resort was beautiful and I enjoyed the adults only pool. Food and beverage service at the pool was great. Sammy at the restaurant provided astounding hospitality. I would definitely return.
