The staff was the friendliest staff. They provided whatever was needed, like extra hangers and when I needed to print some health insurance papers they helped me get it done. There was always someone available at the front desk. The location was perfect, near a lot of restaurants if we wanted to walk. The rooms were quiet and we could not hear traffic. The ice machines always worked. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was actually really great besides the older lady in the morning. She looked miserable lol the lady preparing the breakfast was so friendly so helpful. The breakfast was actually better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, besides a couple dings and dents and scrapes on the walls and on the floors. It smelt really clean though. There was a hole in the wall where a picture used to be that made me feel really uncomfortable, but whatever. The outside needs remodeling for sure. There’s Paint patches everywhere. looks like they’re trying to remodel maybe. The outside looks really ran down. The inside was a lot better. Overall, not a bad stay. Would stay again if needed.

Room was clean, appointed as advertised. Staff all around from front desk to kitchen was courteous, responsive, and just plain kind. One of the friendliest staffs I have experienced at a Holiday Inn and a friendly staff is what we are used to with Holiday Inn hotels.

SERVICE - I have limited mobility. I called two days before arrival and explained to the desk clerk. She said that the only room that fit what I needed was next to the pool. She said that noise was very bothersome. I said that would have to do. If she had assigned me the room without telling me of the noise, I probably would have been upset. But with the warning, I accepted the little noise from the pool and was overjoyed.

We just finished a five night stay and it was absolutely wonderful. When we first arrived the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. A simple call to the front desk and our room was switched and it was perfect without any hesitation. Every staff member from the front desk, the house keeping staff and even the wonderful ladies who had the breakfast area always clean and filled were always friendly and soo welcoming. The area is extremely quiet for being on a main road even at the pool area it’s quiet! Room was clean and bed very comfortable l. I usually always stay with a different brand hotel but after this I will absolutely be back here. We travel to California frequently and this will be our first choice! I highly recommend this hotel and location!

Hotel was nice, clean & friendly staff. However, there happened to be several families staying there for softball tourney in town. Kids were running up & down the halls & slamming room doors until late hours. Same with pool/spa - loud and crowded until well after 10pm

The staff were very friendly and very helpful when we had an issue with a noisy air conditioner in the first room we tried. They moved us to another room and it was great. The property seems a little bit worn, the carpet is loose in places. The breakfast was good and the gym and pool were in good repair. The room was quiet and comfortable. The beds were great.
