The perfect place to stay the night before an early morning flight, or after a late arrival at Tullamarine. Airport transfer & long/short term parking available it’s the most convenient place you’ll find and the rooms, facilities & staff are all exceptional.

We arrived and reception staff were lovely. Our rooms were really clean. They have a restaurant and the meals were really nice. Long term car park onsite which is so convenient and shuttle bus to airport. We will stay there every time we fly out from Tullamarine now.

I always stay at Ciloms when travelling to and from Melbourne. Close to airport with free shuttle bus and it’s well priced. Rooms are clean and spacious, food is good and staff are friendly.

We booked a one-night stay in a family room as we had an early flight the next morning. The location is very convenient, especially with the airport shuttle, and the facilities are good. However, our experience was mixed. The staff were not particularly friendly, and communication before arrival kept changing after we made the booking, which led to about 30 minutes of unnecessary back-and-forth. Unfortunately, there was also a major disturbance during the night. The smoke alarms went off at 3am and continued for around 30 minutes. The noise was constant and extremely disruptive—it woke us all up, and getting back to sleep afterward was very difficult, especially with kids. While this may not have been the hotel’s fault, there was no apology or explanation provided, which was disappointing.
