All very well kept and clean. Front desk felt kind of rushed, though. Also, loud, inconsiderate neighbors that we knew no one would do anything about in So Cal.

Quite area close to shops. Walkable to bird rock ( vwry close) and windnsea (1.4 miles) Room was clean and comfy No free breakfast, but they did have free coffee.
