Our stay was terrible here never come back, we had issue with the lock for the door. We have ran out of toilet paper. Management was aware about the issue and had not done anything to solve it. They had the nerve to give us some cookies. The gentlemen at the front desk act like he did not care. I wish I had is name. Overall again I will never come back here again.

This hotel is gorgeous and I was happy to stay here. I was attending a concert nearby at the Del Mar racetrack, which was only a short drive away. The room was very comfortable and spacious and I had a great night’s sleep. I would highly recommend!

Had to be moved - the first room was in bad repair and there was a noise coming from somewhere. There was also water damage in hallways and in rooms (they had fans going in multiple hallways).

Had a last minute trip to go see a loved one in the hospital. The hotel staff was kind and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was clean and very comfy. Will definitely stay here again.

The first room had a dirty bathroom. When brought to the attention of the night clerk, he immediately changed our room to an upgraded similar room and comped our parking - which was great!

Check in was odd. Front desk girl was very frazzled bc of the line and an issue with another guest. Room was comfy, but the entire hallway smelled like sewer. I let the front desk know. I did like that’s there was an artist working on paintings that were hanging around the lobby.

Facilities, our room & front desk staff are great. The restaurant service was horrible. Security was horrible. Parking is horrible, especially for $28 a day.
