    I didn't expect this hotel turned out to be so good. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Yes the room is small but well equipped, the hotel next to train station so easy to go anywhere, and it's between Namba and Umeda but not so crowded, I'd love to come back to this place if I come back to Osaka

    It would be good to have one or two English-speaking staff at the front counter during peak hours, especially during check-in. The pillow is too hard and small.
